NURSERY
St. Martin’s Day School recognizes that each child is unique and learns best in a nurturing, stress-free setting which promotes the growth of the whole child. Children are allowed to explore their environment indoors and out. Readiness skills in language, math, science, and social studies are developed through music, art, play, social interaction, and a variety of creatively planned, age appropriate activities.
Our three-year old nursery program focuses on learning through play and a variety of creative, fun activities, which build confidence, independence and a strong sense of self-worth. Above all, we want our Nursery children to enjoy school and to feel safe, comfortable and happy in their school environment. Our degreed Nursery teachers are nurturing, well qualified and dedicated to meeting the needs of each child.

- Chapel - 3 Day classes weekly and 2 Day classes monthly

- Monthly units introduce all the basic concepts in language arts, math, science and social studies
- Safe, completely fenced playground - swings, bikes, bike path, slides, climbing equipment and sandbox
- Outside play daily - weather permitting
- Super Day - opportunity to enroll in an extended day enrichment program on Mondays (AM Class 11:30 am - 2:00 pm) or Wednesdays (PM Class 10:00 am - 12:30 pm) $20.00 per session
- Our Nursery program recognizes the importance of family. We strongly encourage volunteer participation in our classroom.
