Tuition and Fee Terms and Information

 

Registration & Acceptance:
 

A NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $100.00 ($50.00 for each additional sibling student) is collected upon registration and a birth certificate is required for all new students. Enrollment contracts will be sent to registrants in March. To finalize your child’s acceptance at St. Martin’s, you must return a signed contract with a deposit of one-quarter of the annual tuition to the Business Office by APRIL 1.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the enrollment contract is signed and submitted to the school, you are responsible for the full tuition for the entire academic year even if you later decide to withdraw your children.



Tuition Payment Schedule:
 

One-quarter of the annual tuition is paid with the signed contract by April 1. The balance may be paid in full, in two payments or in three payments according to the following schedule:

In Full:

Due April 1


Two Payments

Half of Tuition due April 1

 

Balance of Tuition due July 1


Three Payments

1st Quarter due by April 1

 

2nd Quarter due by July 1

 

3rd Quarter due by Oct 1

 

4th Quarter due by Feb 1



Tuition Insurance:
 

St. Martin’s participates in a mandatory tuition insurance program. Your cost is approximately 1.1% of the annual tuition. To be eligible for tuition reimbursement under the school’s tuition insurance plan, your child must attend at least the first 14 days of school during the current academic year, and meet all other eligibility requirements, as specified in the tuition insurance plan.



Tuition Discounts:
 

(1) Parishoner - A 5% tuition discount is available to those who are active pledging parishioners of St. Martin’s in-the-Field Episcopal Church for six months prior to registration. A verification letter from the church office must be submitted to the school by February 1 to obtain this discount.

(2) Sibling Discount - Families registering two or more children in Nursery through Kindergarten are entitled to a 5% discount for the youngest child.



Financial Aid:
 

Persons for whom the normal tuition causes a financial burden may apply for financial aid. Families interested in financial assistance should contact the Business Office. Current W-2’s and income tax forms are required. Financial aid is separate from the admissions process. The deadline for submitting completed financial aid forms to the Business Office is February 1.



Discounts:

A 5% sibling discount only applies to the youngest child(ren) enrolled in preschool.
